What is puree?

We are a health conscious company that brings the farm to your baby.

We are currently servicing areas around Melbourne, please show your support so that we can continue to expand across the country.

How much does delivery cost?

All good things in life are FREE!

Can you leave my delivery outside?

No, we need someone to accept the delivery.

Do i need to be home to receive my order?

Our baby food is fresh, to ensure freshness we can only deliver to your home. Someone needs to be home to accept the order.

What if I miss my delivery?

We charge $10 for redelivery.

How do i cancel my deliveries?

You can drop us an email on getintouch@puree.com.au or cancel your subscription within your account.

How do I postpone my order is I am away or go on holidays?

Login to your account and click cancel your subscription, you can reactive your subscription at any time.

How do I pay?

You pay per week, our innovative system will charge your credit card prior to any delivery.

What happens if there is a problem with my order?

Any problems – just getintouch@puree.com.au.

What if I lose or break a jar?

We charge a breakage fee of $4. The jars we utilise are BPA-Free, high quality and imported from Germany.

What if I want to keep the jars?

Jars and insulated bags, if not returned, are subject to a fully refundable $20 charge.
